Judy has been writing stories, plays, poetry and books since she was five years old. In fourth grade, she beat out fifth and sixth graders to win the "Best Sports Story" for David and the Magic Bat .
In College, Judy spent 2 years on the editorial board of the college newspaper and was awarded "Best College Editorial" by the National College Press. Her poetry was published in the National Poetry Press.
As a teacher, Judy's article about how she led a student to Christ titled "Peanut Butter and Paperbacks" was published in Today's Christian Woman. Her book of poetry titled Winged Thoughts was also published.
Judy has had numerous plays, poems and over 20 short stories published in various magazines. Her play titled The Christian Circus was published by the Baptist Sunday School Press.
